Return policy

Returning of damaged goods

If you have received a faulty/damaged product, we will send you a new one without a charge. If there should be a manufacturing defect in the Syli rocking-chair within the quarantee time (1 year) we will send you a new one free of charge.

Other returns

When buying from a net store, the customer has a right to return or change the products within 14 days. The return right is valid for only items in the original packing still good for sale. Return right does not apply to emroidered nursing pillows or Syli rocking chairs with special colours.

Return fees are paid by the customer. The customer takes care of an adequate packaging for the return transportation. It is under customers responsibility, if the item is damaged in the return. If you want to return flawless product, please contact johanna@seesteliving.fi for details. After the return is accepted, the money is returned to you bank account. 

We don't accept returns after 14 days from receiving the delivery.
