Terms of delivery


Terms of delivery

All orders are confirmed by email that contains the final price, postage fees and the ordered items. Valid email address must be given when placing the order. The customer commits to the terms of delivery when placing the order.


Delivery within Finland

Delivery time for Syli rocking chair is about 3 weeks. For other products about 4-7 days, depending on the stock. In case of delays we inform the customer by email.

For deliveries we use Matkahuolto.

At the counter you can choose multiple delivery options. Lähellä-paketti means a delivery to a shop nearby. Jakopaketti means delivery to your home and Nouto means picking up from the Seesteliving premises in Vaasa. The price is determined by the chosen delivery option and the weight of the delivery. The complete price you can see from the sopping basket. For example delivery of Syli rocking chair to your home door in Finland costs 34,90€. You can follow your delivery with the ID code from Matkahuolto webpages. Before the final delivery Matkahuolto contacts the customer and agrees the time of delivery.

Small products we send as soon as possible, usually after a few days after the order. Emroidered nursing pillows (about 4 days) and Syli rocking chairs (about 3 weeks) are exceptions.


Deliveries outside Finland

We are starting normal deliveries to Sweden! If you want to order anywhere outside Finland, please contact johanna@seesteliving.fi.


Products and prices

The prices are visible with the products. 24 % vat is included at the price. The taxation is visible in the shopping basket and order confirmation.



You can pay using your netbank, credit card or Klarna-bill.  


Return policy

When buying from a net store, the customer has a right to return or change the products within 14 days. The return right is valid for only items in the original packing still good for sale. Return right does not apply to emroidered nursing pillows or Syli rocking chairs with special colours.

Return fees are paid by the customer. The customer takes care of an adequate packaging for the return transportation. It is under customers responsibility, if the item is damaged in the return. If you want to return flawless product, please contact johanna@seesteliving.fi for details. After the return is accepted, the money is returned to you bank account. 

We don't accept returns after 14 days from receiving the delivery. 

Problems with transportation/damaged goods

If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, or the delivery contains a wrong product, please contact johanna@seesteliving.fi immediately.

The customer needs to report damage or wrong delivery within 7 days from receiving the delivery. If the packaging is damaged and this is noticed already when accepting the delivery from the Matkahuolto agent, the customer needs to notify this to the agent too. Customer gets a flawless product for free.



Syli rocking chair has a one year quarantee in normal use, according to the guidelines sent with the product. If you have complaints during the quarantee period, please contact us.
